SeamsPerfect Monolithic Waterproof Membrane System for Flat Roofs

SeamsPerfect applied over 92,000 square feet of deteriorated, twelve year old PVC roof, resolving chronic water leakage problems. Note the detailed attention to roof penetrations and the seamless continuation up the parapet walls.

Step 1 - Flashing & fabric membrane. The problematic seam (highlighted by the red arrow) in the existing roof deck is no challenge for SeamsPerfect!
	Step 2 - Completion of base coat. Fabric system is now fully adhered over all the existing roof structures.
Step 3 - Apply finish coat. Shows application of coat one of two.
	Step 3 - System complete. The roof is now watertight, including the entire perimeter, up the parapet walls, and around any protrusions.
We now have a fully adhered, attractive solution, that encapsulates the entire roof surface, preventing further weathering, yet is flexible and strong enough to endure the severest elements without cracking, splitting or peeling.
